Major earthworks were required, to resculpt the existing chalk valley, to stockpile and regrade over 80,000m3 of existing subsoil and topsoil.
Alongside the main contractor, the work included phasing of work, over 600 metre square of paving, in excess of 300 metre square of decking as well as the design and build of a major water garden.
